Your generous contribution will greatly impact Hālau Kalikopuakalehua. Our competing cultural practitioners will be able to fly out of state to compete against other groups from Hawai‘i and around the world. Your donation will help to cover costs for flights, costumes, car rentals, hotels and more.
If you choose, your contribution can go to our DBA, Hālau Ho’okahi I Ka Hula. Your donation will go toward costume costs for cultural performances in Arizona, such as the Arizona Aloha Festival, Gilbert Global Village Festival and more. Alternatively, your contribution can go toward the cost of renting our Hālau, or community center. Our students meet in Chandler from as far south as Casa Grande, as far east as Apache Junction, as far west as as Buckeye and from as far north as Camp Verde.

DANCERS
Depending on the availability of our cultural practitioners, we can provide a Polynesian cultural presentation for your event. We have both male and female presenters who can perform dances and music from Hawai‘i, Tahiti, Sāmoa (including siva afi, or Fireknife dance), Tonga and Aotearoa (New Zealand). Presentations are given with a tax-deductible donation.
MUSICIANS
We are also able to provide live musicians and a full sound system with a tax-deductible donation.
CATERING
While we do not provide catering directly through our nonprofit, we are happy to recommend Hawaiian catering companies owned by kānaka maoli (native Hawaiians).
